| Description |
Member-Firm provides geotechnical engineering report and COMET services for a two-story office building on a 60 ft of fill-slope. Member-firm recommended to build the building on additional 20 feet back from the top of the slope, but the owner did not follow up and project was rushed leading to the retaining wall to slide down, and other defects such as raveling pavement.
