Following are details you need to know to make your hotel reservations:

Rooms have been blocked beginning Monday, April 20 through Sunday, April 26.

Group rates of $329 + 13% tax/night is for Run of House.  

Resort fee is $15 per room, per night.

A mandatory one-time housekeeping fee of $10 per room.

Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out time is 11 am.

The guest room cancellation policy is at least 5 days prior to arrival.

Group room rates are valid 3 days pre- and post- official program dates, subject to availability, until the cut-off date of March 30.
