| Description |
Member-Firm performs geotechnical engineering study, with recommendations for earthwork, cut-and-fill slopes, trench excavation and roadways for a lot located in area with instability and "ancient landslides" . Over time the developers change hands and hire different geotechnical engineers and constructors. When problems develop and they contact the member-firm by mistake, the firm gets entangled in the dispute.
