| Description |
Member-firm conducts geotechnical report with recommendation and a grading plan on a home subdivision. While grading is on its way a homeowner in the adjacent neighborhood complains that she would be damaged by the drainage toward her home. Before the infrastructure project gets completed, the homeowner sues the developer, and the member-firm for surface run off problems.
