| Description |
GBA member-firm works on a clean out of underground storage tanks containing asphalt, on design/remediate basis. As the conditions changed and required more work than anticipated, the contractor asked for much more money than the proposed contract, which included the possibility of changed conditions. But the subcontractor assumed the job was going to be on time & material basis, therefore the client was not asked for change order.
