| Description |
Member-firm performs archeological site excavation for the construction of the new levee. The member firm does not get the authorization to start until after 16 months from the day of the accepted proposal. When the team started to work on the project they faced unexpected soil conditions; and unusually severe weather, which led to cost overruns, delays and litigation.
