| Description |
Member-Firm gives proposal to periodically test the bay water and do chemical analysis, for a project located in the brownfield site. The city added additional responsibilities to the member-firm in their contract, despite hiring a separate geotechnical engineering firm. When the containment wall created problems and let to delay and additional costs, AE firm sued all the parties involved in the project.
