Member firm performs geological study for 200 attached, apartment units, on a slide prone mountainous terrain, and conducts subsurface exploration followed up with full time grading observation. Some of the problems that happened were: landslides due to the mislocation of sewers, the preservationists pressuring against the development, and over 120 item deficiencies listed by the county.
