| Description |
Oil and Gas company retains member-firm for Phase I and do not obtain the title which contains important information about the pipeline easements. The gas company owner in turn sells the property to the developer and hands him the title. In the excavation process the developer finds petroleum contaminated soils and the member-firm gets involved with subsurface exploration, and later on the property owner files a claim for negligence.
