| Description |
Member-firm sample and test bagged non-shrink expansive grout for a construction of the seven story hospital, which was supposed to be built in a limited time. When the member firm tested the strength of the grout, they noticed that it did not comply with ASTM C1107, because of the usage of plastic molds instead of metal.
