| Description |
Member-Firm provides geotechnical engineering report with construction, earthworks and pavement recommendations and COMET services "as needed" for demolition of shopping center. The project requires three retaining walls. A few years after, one of the retaining walls deflected due to improper fillings, which was against the recommendations of the member-firm. The owner wanted to reclaim the repair costs and sued the parties involved.
