| Description |
Member-Firm provides geotechnical and COMET services to construction management company on a canopy structure at the entrance of a building. While installing one of the auger cast-in-place pile (ACP), the grout penetrated a sewer line, leading to expensive repairs, pipe replacement and lawsuit.
