| Description |
Member-Firm evaluates test welds on a sample rack-system connection for rack-system supplier and tells the client that design is deficient. Later the client sues the member-firm for a collapse of a warehouse and a death of an employee because of the failure of structural support. The member firm gets dragged to a suit for a project that they were not involved.
