| Description |
Member-firm provides geotechnical engineering report and COMET services for grocery store and replacement of parking lot. The project manager suggested newer materials for the pavements, but the client wanted to save money and since the earthwork constructor and constructor-in-charge did not commit the necessary time for supervision, testing and approval of materials, the new asphalt pavement began to deteriorate before the construction was completed.
