| Description |
The member-firm conducts geotechnical foundation and seismic engineering study and prepare a report with recommendations on the school site, for county school district. When the construction started, the excavation disclosed unsuitable materials (logs, pits, tree roots...) below footing grades, in several areas of the building pad. The delays and cost overruns led to a major lawsuit.
