Member-Firm provides COMET services during the fabrication of the cooling tower's precast concrete components. When the project was almost completed the client refused to pay the invoices citing that some of the precast components have been rejected due to low air content. They had to refabricate the rejected precast components which ended up on unpaid bills, in lawsuits.
