Member-Firm conducts earthwork testing for dam designed to create manmade lake. The member-firm quits the project due to non-payment and the constructor-in-charge hires another firm. When later on problems develop, constructor-in-charge gets sued by the utility company, which in turn member-firm gets pulled into the dispute.
